We are excited to announce that the mobile loading issue affecting the dashboard has been fully resolved. This fix addresses a critical bug where users experienced prolonged loading times, or in some cases, a failure to load altogether, when accessing the dashboard from mobile devices.
After gathering feedback from our users and analyzing data from our error logs, we identified that the dashboard was failing to load correctly on mobile devices, particularly when connected via slower networks. This issue stemmed from the way assets were being preloaded and certain elements were being rendered, causing performance bottlenecks.
We performed extensive testing across a range of devices and network conditions to ensure this issue is fully resolved. The fix is already live and you should experience faster dashboard loading times across all mobile devices.
Our team is constantly monitoring feedback and looking for ways to further enhance mobile performance. We are working on additional improvements, including further optimizations for low-bandwidth scenarios and offline support for key features.
As always, we value your input. If you encounter any issues or have suggestions, feel free to reach out to our support team!
